Arrival
Check-in begins at 5:00 PM on Friday. There are several ways to get to the event venue:
From Avignon train station, by car or taxi
By train to Pierrelatte station, where we can pick you up
By car, with parking available on site
Please let us know in advance your arrival time and mode of transportation to help us organize any shuttle services.
Food and beverage
Meals will be prepared by Chef Esteban Christin. Vegan options will be available. If you would like to order a vegan meal, please let me know so I can inform the chef.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available throughout your stay.
Attire
Please join us in evening attire on Saturday evening. The rest of the weekend is yours to enjoy in your favorite outfits.
Accomodation
Rooms are available to accommodate all guests. Linens are provided.
Departure
The stay will continue until Sunday, June 7, with checkout scheduled for 11 a.m. at the latest.
We recommend using the same transportation options as for your arrival.
